Parker Properties provides the following services to our corporate and investor clients:

Development Management: In addition to our speculative office and mixed use developments, our firm’s primary third party business is serving the development needs for corporate office users. We have built over 1,000,000 sf of corporate facilities for such tenants as Ford, Sperry Univac, Lennar Homes(this was not a build to suit), State Farm Insurance, QLogic; and currently, a 246,000 sf facility for Pacific Life. We pride ourselves on being customer driven and responsive to the complete requirements of our corporate client. Parker Properties specializes in developing commercial environments in strategic locations that, for its corporate occupants, lower employee turnover, increase employee retention, and attract the best and brightest people.

Since our company has developed and managed larger projects with institutional partners such as AEW, Cigna Insurance, PCCP, Prudential, and RREEF; our organization is able to provide a variety of sophisticated construction job cost, building operation, leasing management, accounting, and financial reporting systems to our corporate customers that far exceed “the industry standard”.

Additional Third Party Consultation Services

Master planning and design/architecture coordination: Working with master developers, institutional property owners, and corporate users; our company is able to provide a unique perspective and skill set in design that adds value to our clients’ projects. Parker Properties has provided these services to Disney Company and Pulte Homes among others.

Project Repositioning: Advising and implementing project enhancement programs for institutional ownerships or corporate user/owners that include project branding, leasing and marketing management, construction management, tenant improvement coordination, building redesign and/or landscape redesign, and entitlement services for additional density and/or expansion. The firm has advised and provided these services to companies that include Flex-Foot and Sperry Univac.

Asset Management: In order to meet the detailed needs of our financial partners, and provide the tenant customers with the best working environment possible, we are compelled to be proactive, service driven, and sophisticated asset managers. The company is committed to adding value to our managed projects. Our property management and building operations people are experts at exceeding the expectations of our tenants.

Acquisition/Entitlement/Disposition: The Parker team has worked on behalf of corporate users and institutional investors to purchase commercial properties, secure entitlements, and sell assets.
